23. We store aggregate data of your dashboard in our database. This is for performance purposes only as it would take too much time to get the data from data source APIs to rebuild your dashboards every time you consult them.

24. Most of the time, data from data source providers is read-only; therefore, there is no way we can add, update or delete it. In the other cases, we might request permission to edit account information; however, we do so only to get analytic information. In no way do we edit, update or delete account information.



25. Our staff might access your data to debug any issues or make minor adjustments to improve performance. This will not reveal your dashboards to anyone under any circumstances.

26. What happens when I delete a dashboard?

A. Everything is deleted.

B. Your configuration as well as any data would have to be retrieved and restored.

27. This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven't completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an enquiry.
